Super Quick & Easy Moist Pumpkin Bread Recipe Made With Boxed Cake Mix & Chocolate Chips
Simple recipes with just a few ingredients are my favorite. I enjoy baking, but I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen—especially when the goal is a moist, flavorful pumpkin bread with a hint of chocolate. This recipe uses a boxed spice cake mix and canned pumpkin to make an incredibly tender loaf with minimal effort.

Using a cake mix as a base is a convenient shortcut: it provides the dry ingredients and spice blend so you only need to add a wet ingredient like pumpkin puree. You can vary the cake mix flavor or the add-ins, but my go-to is spice cake plus chocolate chips. The result is a moist, tender pumpkin bread that works for breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Moist and delicious has never been so easy!
