Looking for a simple, flavorful way to eat more vegetables? These Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are quick, delicious, and made with just two main ingredients.

I’ve been using our Ninja Foodi air fryer for fast lunches and snacks, and it’s made it easy to prepare healthier choices. I made these buffalo cauliflower bites as a quick snack—and ended up eating an entire head of cauliflower myself!

I usually only have cauliflower in my Roasted Vegetable Medley or on a raw veggie platter, but I loved these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and will definitely make them again.

A few benefits of cauliflower

  • Aids digestion
  • High in antioxidants
  • Contains anti-inflammatory properties
  • Supports the immune system

Give these Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites a try—you’ll feel good about eating them and they’re incredibly easy to make.

Start by washing and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Toss the florets with buffalo sauce—Frank’s RedHot works well, but any similar hot sauce is fine.

Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for 10 minutes. Shake the basket or flip the florets, then cook for another 10 minutes until they are tender and slightly crisp. These can also be baked if you prefer.

If you like extra sauce, add more after cooking. I enjoyed mine with a little ranch dressing for dipping.
