Lacie’s Easy Peasy Pleasy Tips
- Use a small cookie scoop (a mini ice cream scoop works well). Scoop one rounded portion of dough, then place another on top and press gently to form a round cookie.
- Arrange cookies on the baking sheet three across and four down so you can bake 12 per pan.
- When melting the frosting, heat until very runny so it forms a smooth glaze for dipping.
- Flip each cooled cookie upside down and dip into the glaze, then quickly flip it over and let it set on a rack.
- For orange glaze, melt the frosting, divide it, and tint half with gel food coloring to the desired shade. Dip half the cookies in plain glaze and half in orange for variety.

Easy Glazed 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies
- Servings: 48
- Difficulty: easy
Ingredients
- 2 boxes pumpkin cake mix
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until a uniform dough forms. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheets about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the pan for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
When cookies are cooled, place the frosting in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir and continue heating in short increments until the frosting is very runny. Dip the top of each cooled cookie into the melted frosting, swirl, then flip the cookie over and let it set on a wired rack until the glaze firms up. Enjoy!
