Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning

Instructions 

  • Shred 2 cups of chicken, including some skin if desired, and place it into a casserole dish.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 cup ranch dressing and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Add an 8 oz block of cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Mix to combine.
  • Preheat your grill or smoker to 350°F and set for indirect heat. Place the casserole on the grill and cook 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through so the cheeses melt evenly.
